This fabulous chica DIYs her bleach job, and then ombres it with 3 different shades of blue! LOVE it. She says she has a friend help with the bleaching her roots (a wise idea) but then she slaps on a pair of gloves and “poops” the color out onto her hand and works it in, starting with the darkest blue at the top, then a brighter blue, then turquoise at the ends. Fantastic!
