Here is a sneak peak of some of the photos I took today for a HTHG/Mayapple salon and boutique/NWA fashion week/Artamiss promo with Mel Arens as co-styler and makeup artist. We had a lot of fun creating this witchy autumn look with leather and crystals and Nikki Jacoby jewelry and massive hair.
Mega-goods will be coming out of this shoot, including a tutorial for this insanely snakelike half-up fishtail braided hairstyle, a video of one of my favorite blow-dry tricks, and a premium video of an awesome ombre technique that I used to get Mel’s silvery gray ends.
