I am just bursting at the seams with hair ideas to share with you! I want to give them all to you right now, but I am doing my best to pace myself. I’m trying to give you little pieces that you can chew on instead of giving you the whole proverbial cow at once. Bear with me. It’s just that I am still learning new exciting things constantly, but I have to get you through some basics first. I want to answer your questions and get you to where you feel confident in your own ability to try new things on your own. That is when the real learning happens.
So much of what I have learned about people and hair has been by trial and error experimentation. ( I want to thank my family and friends who were my guinea pigs. Megan M, I hope you have forgiven me for the thinning shears incident:) I kind of jumped into hairstyling at a very young age, blindfolded and with kitchen scissors, and cut my way out.
Its taken me years to learn the intricacies of what makes certain styles work on certain people, techniques work on certain textures, and tricks work with certain hairstyles. I am thrilled to have the opportunity to share these with you all!!!!!!!!!
