It’s fun and easy to achieve. It can be done using any veggie color, I prefer the Special Effects line. It is done by bleaching some ends, and then applying the veggie dye in 2 seperate processes. All you need is your coloring tools, bleach and 40 v developer, and the bright color of your choice. The way I do it can be done by even the daftest of DIY-ers. You can’t go wrong.
