Begin in top front of one side. Take a small section and split it in 2. Twist it once upwards, and add a small section from below. Twist once, and add another small section. 
Work your way towards the back, and and pin on one side of the back to secure.
Repeat on the other side.
Now take 1/3rd of the hair from the back left, and roll it up and pin from both sides to secure.
Repeat with the center and right side section.
Voila!
