Triple toned blonde, DIY

Do you have bleached or very blonde hair, and are you fed up with root maintenance and damage from over processing? So did Nikki. She came to me with this fab color scheme, and it worked beautifully.

I matched her natural color with a 7-3 mixed with a 7-0 with 10 volume developer, which is basically a neutral dark blonde with a bit ‘o gold in it. I sectioned her hair off like this.

Then I sliced doubled up foils of a medium ash brown 5-1 to add some contrast and depth along the parting around the head.

Then, I applied my first color to the top section.

Process, shampoo, condition, BAM! tri-toned ombre blonde color that will require no maintenance at all.

And, it looks beautiful twisted!
