Reader Submission

I have to share this fantastic piece of hair art. A friend and great artist shared this with me. She has been doing this to her friend’s hair for many years now, although it is always a different design.
Here is her M.O.
Buzz the hair with a #4. (Hair must be very short for the color to work right.)
Bleach the heck out of it (bleach and 40v developer all over the head)
Use a paintbrush and permanent black hair dye to paint the designs of your choice. Wash out after 20 minutes or so.
Apply your desired veggie dye colors with a paintbrush to fill in different designs. She used Manic Panic, I like Special Effects.
