So I posted this tutorial the other day, The Relaxed Rockabilly Wanda Jackson easy rockabilly hairstyle. I did my usual social media blast for the post, a little facebook, a little pinterest, a little instagram, a little twitter.
On Thanksgiving, I cooked and drank white wine all day in my 1950’s dress and late grandpa in-laws pink cooking apron that says “bitch, bitch, bitch” on it. I took a little snooze in the middle of the day, then finished cooking and we all ate.
After our meal, I laid down again an checked Facebook and Twitter, only to find that WANDA JACKSON herself had retweeted the tutorial link via @wandaandwendall to her followers. Imagine! This 75 year old rock and roll country queen and her sweet husband Wendall, enjoying their Thanksgiving with family and retweeting HTHG hairstyles!!”?!
I instantly knew that this was the beginning of a very promising friendship so I tweeted back to her something about telling me all her hair secrets. No tweetback yet………..
