This is HTHG’s version of a boho braided bun in the form of a chain link braid, a cool knotted-french-braid that I stumbled upon while playing with my own hair one day. This style is great on medium to long hair of any texture.
And it looks gorg when accessorized with a feather!
For this look, you start in the front hairline slightly off center and use two small sections to make a loose single knot.
Add a little to both sides and knot again. Continue adding a bit of hair to both sides and tying a loose knot as you work your way across the back of the head.
Continue knotting the hair all the way to the ends, then wrap the tail into a loose bun on the side, and pin into place.
