Very hot right now. I love the look, personally. I have been hesitant to encourage DIY pastel hair because it often requires more fine tuned formulation skills, and we haven’t really gotten into that yet. However, while browsing the fantastic vintage hair blog Bobby Pin blog I came across some tried and true tested formulations for Pastel color.
Rule #1 with pastel color: The hair must be pre lightened to a very pale yellow.
